If the workpiece is double-sided spraying, use the same method to protect the nut (stud) hole; Small workpiece with wire or paper clips and other items channeled together after spraying; Some of the workpiece surface requirements are high, in the spray before the ash scraping treatment; Some workpieces are protected by special high temperature resistant stickers at the ground. When spraying, the workpiece is first hung on the assembly line, and the dust on the surface is blown away with the air pipe. Enter the spraying area to spray, after spraying along the line into the drying area, and finally remove the sprayed workpiece from the line. There are two categories of manual spraying and automatic spraying, so the tooling used is different.
After spraying into the assembly process, before assembly, to the original spray used in the protection sticker tear, to determine the parts of the threaded hole was not scattered into the paint or powder, in the whole process, to wear gloves, to avoid the hand dust attached to the workpiece, some of the workpiece also with air gun blow clean. Special cartons or bubble bags, rubber pads, pallets, wooden cases, etc. After packing, put it into the carton, and then paste the corresponding finished product or semi-finished product label on the carton.
