Baiyear is a large-scale injection molding factory focusing on injection molding processing, supporting mold design and research and development for 13 years. Baiyear is also a powerful factory for sheet metal processing. We manufacture a large number of metal distribution boxes, metal explosion-proof boxes and other metal products for our customers. The automation rate has reached 95%. The annual sales in 2021 will exceed 40 million US dollars. The factory covers an area of 20,000 square meters.
It has a complete range of advanced equipment: 80 injection molding machines, 16 raw material dryers, 8 crushing and recycling machines, 41 automated assembly equipment, 22 laboratory equipment, and 23 mold research and development equipment. There are a total of 10 sheet metal processing equipment, including cutting and bending machines, CNC tower punching machines, CNC shearing machines, laser cutting machines and other equipment, as well as many welding equipment, which can fully meet the production of various metal boxes.
There are 15 R&D personnel, 320 production workers, 10 experimental quality inspection personnel, 10 project personnel in the engineering department, 30 logistics and packaging personnel, and 50 various management personnel. With the unity and cooperation of so many complete types of equipment and many product production talents, we have strong plastic product production and research and development capabilities. Of course, this also includes 3 metal box shape designers, 20 welding workers, 10 painting workers, and 10 other metal box workers.
