Under the premise of meeting the requirements of product function and appearance, the design of sheet metal shall ensure that the stamping process is simple, the stamping die is easy to make, the stamping quality of sheet metal is high, and the size is stable.
After getting the drawings, choose different blanking methods according to the different expansion drawings and batches, including laser, CNC punch, cutting plate, mold and other ways, and then make the corresponding expansion according to the drawings. CNC punch by the influence of the tool, for some special-shaped workpiece and irregular hole processing, there will be a large burr on the edge, to carry out later deburring processing, at the same time has a certain impact on the accuracy of the workpiece; Laser processing has no tool limit, smooth section, suitable for special-shaped workpiece processing, but for small workpiece processing time is longer. The table is placed beside the numerical control and laser, which is conducive to the plate being placed on the machine for processing and reducing the workload of lifting the plate.
Some usable edge material is placed in the designated place to provide material for testing the mold during bending. After the workpiece blanking edges, burrs, contact to make the necessary modification (polishing process), the cutter contact, with a flat file for shaping, for larger burr finishing workpiece with grinding machine, small hole contact with corresponding small file modification, in order to make sure the appearance of beautiful, at the same time, the dressing of appearance made guarantee to bend when positioning, Make the bending workpiece on the bending machine position is consistent, to ensure the same batch of product size.
After blanking, enter the next process, and different workpieces enter the corresponding process according to the processing requirements. There are bending, riveting, flanging and tapping, spot welding, bulge forming, and segment difference. Sometimes, after bending for one or two times, the nut or stud should be pressed well. Where there are bulge forming and segment difference forming in the mold, the first processing should be considered to avoid interference in other processes after processing, and the required processing cannot be completed. If there is a hook on the upper cover or lower shell, if there is no butt welding after bending, it shall be processed before bending.
