Temperature
Oil temperature: for hydraulic press, it is the heat energy generated by hydraulic oil friction during continuous operation of the machine. It is controlled by cooling water. When starting, ensure that the oil temperature is about 45 ℃. If the oil temperature is too high or too low, the pressure transmission will be affected.
Material temperature: barrel temperature. The temperature should be set according to the shape and function of materials and products. If there is a document, it should be set according to the document.
Mold temperature: This temperature is also an important parameter, which has a great impact on the performance of the product. Therefore, the function, structure, material and cycle of the product must be considered when setting.
Speed
Sets the speed for opening and closing the mold. Generally, the mold opening and closing are set according to the principle of slow fast slow. This setting mainly considers the machine, mold and cycle.
Ejection Settings: can be set according to the product structure. If the structure is complex, it is better to eject some slowly, and then use rapid demoulding to shorten the cycle.
Firing rate: set according to the size and structure of the product. If the structure is complex and the wall thickness is thin, it can be fast. If the structure is simple, the wall thickness can be slow, which should be set from slow to fast according to the material performance.
Pressure
Injection pressure: According to the size and wall thickness of the product, from low to high, other factors should be considered during commissioning.
Pressure maintaining: pressure maintaining is mainly to ensure the shape and size of the product, and its setting should also be set according to the structure and shape of the product.
Low pressure protection pressure: This pressure is mainly used to protect the mold and minimize the damage to the mold.
Clamping force: refers to the force required for mold closing and high pressure rise. Some machines can adjust the clamping force, while others cannot.
Time
Injection time: This time setting must be longer than the actual time, which can also play the role of injection protection. The set value of injection time is about 0.2 seconds larger than the actual value, and the coordination with pressure, speed and temperature shall be considered when setting.
Low voltage protection time: when this time is in the manual state, first set the time to 2 seconds, and then increase it by about 0.02 seconds according to the actual time.
Cooling time: This time is generally set according to the size and thickness of the product, but the glue melting time should not be longer than the cooling time to fully shape the product.
Holding time: This is the time for cooling the gate before the melt re-flows under the holding pressure after injection to ensure the product size. It can be set according to the size of the door.
Position
The mold opening and closing position can be set according to the mold opening and closing speed. The key is to set the starting position of the low pressure protection, that is, the starting position of the low pressure should be the point most likely to protect the mold without affecting the cycle, and the ending position should be the position where the front and back of the mold contact when slowly closing the mold.
Ejecting position: This position can meet the requirements of complete demoulding of products. First, set from small to large. When installing the mold, pay attention to setting the mold withdrawal position to “0″, otherwise the mold will be easily damaged.
Melting position: calculate the material quantity according to the product size and screw size, and then set the corresponding position.
The short short method (i.e. V-P switching point) from large to small should be used to find the V-P position.
