**Baiyear CEO Hosts Mid-Year Performance Conference 2023: Paving the Way for Future Growth**


Baiyear, August 5, 2023 An exciting mid-year performance conference was successfully held on August 5th at the Baiyear injection molding factory’s meeting room. The conference gathered managers from various departments of Baiyear to collectively review the achievements of the first half of the year, outline plans for the second half, and chart a new course for the company’s future.

 

Managers from departments including Finance, Procurement, Quality, Engineering, Processing , Injection Production, and Assembly shared their respective department’s operational status for the first half of the year and presented their plans for the latter half. The Finance department highlighted their remarkable financial performance in the first half and shared goals and strategies for the coming months. The Materials Control department candidly acknowledged areas for improvement and presented plans to enhance overall efficiency and quality standards.

 

The Human Resources department discussed employee turnover, internal personnel management strategies, and efforts to build the Baiyear corporate culture in collaboration with other departments. The Procurement department proudly reported significant cost reduction achievements in the first half and provided suggestions to achieve even higher procurement targets in the second half.

 

The Engineering department highlighted personnel management challenges, underscoring the importance of improving professional skills and capabilities. The Quality department delved into efforts to minimize customer complaints and outlined strategies to address quality issues prior to product shipments. The Processing department proposed optimizing production lines to align with customer requirements for enhanced product quality and delivery efficiency.

 

The Injection Production department manager showcased accomplishments such as achieving per capita production targets and successful project completions, along with notable improvements in first-time inspection pass rates. The Assembly Production department manager emphasized gains in production efficiency and announced increased investment in employee training and data analysis for the second half.

 

Concluding the conference, Deputy Director of Factory Operations, Dai Hongwei, summarized departmental reports, highlighted Baiyear’s corporate values, analyzed challenges, suggested improvements, and emphasized equitable incentives for staff and leadership.

 

Baiyear CEO, Hu Mangmang, provided closing remarks, praising the sales achievements despite the industry’s challenges. He expressed gratitude to all departments, acknowledged their efforts, and provided guidance for the second half. Hu particularly focused on key areas such as IT management, human resources, and mold center management, underscoring support for industrial upgrades and automation.

 

Hu also shared Baiyear’s strategic expansion plans, including adding injection molding lines, establishing an Automotive Components Division, and the upcoming relocation of the new factory by late 2024 or early 2025.
