The Manual Alarm Switch is designed to be used in conjunction with our residential series detectors in a dual-bus home fire alarm system. It is compatible with the JB-QB-JBF5020 and JB-QB-JBF5021 Home Fire Alarm Controllers. The system follows the national standard GB 22370-2008 for residential fire safety systems. It is suitable for applications in homes, small supermarkets, small bars, rental properties, and other small venues.

Working Principle:

The Manual Alarm Switch consists of a start switch and corresponding processing circuitry. Under normal monitoring conditions, the product is in inspection mode with a flashing green indicator light. When a fire alarm occurs, pressing the manual button (for at least 0.8s) sends the alarm signal through the loop bus to the Home Fire Alarm Controller for alarm activation.

First, use the electronic encoder to assign an address to the Manual Alarm Switch, then connect it to the Home Fire Alarm Controller for registration. In the event of a fire alarm, press the button to activate the alarm, and the indicator light will turn solid red, indicating that the Home Fire Alarm Controller has received the alarm signal. The indicator light on the switch will remain red, confirming a successful alarm, and the Home Fire Alarm Controller will display the address of the Manual Alarm Switch.
