Baiyear Plastic Injection Molding Plant witnessed an eagerly anticipated event on the afternoon of August 31, 2023, as part of its Quality Month initiative: a skill competition in measuring product dimensions. Organized by the Quality Department, the event brought together inspectors from 10 production lines, quality control personnel, and representatives from various departments including Quality, Engineering, Human Resources, and Foreign Trade.
The highlight of this competition was the use of high-precision automated projectors, enabling participants to accurately measure pre-determined product dimensions. The competition was structured with a tight timeline of 8 minutes, during which participants were timed to evaluate their speed and precision. Engaging fervently, participants showcased their adept measurement skills and professionalism.
Prizes were set for first, second, and third place, as well as participation awards, acknowledging the participants’ commitment and rewarding their achievements. This Quality Month event provided a platform for employees to showcase their skills and underscored the significance of teamwork and professional expertise.
